Robert W. “Bob” Bauer, 83, of Brewerton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, at St. Joseph's Hospital, with family by his side.
Robert was born on March 16, 1937, the son of the late Henry and Ethel Bauer.
Robert retired from the City of Syracuse Fire Dept.
Bob enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping on the St. Lawrence River with his family. He also took great pride in remodeling and building homes. Bob was a football fan, and his favorite team was the winning team!
Robert is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia; son, Ted Bauer; daughters, Linda (Mark) Yates, Patricia (Charles) Mazzole, and Kimberly Heckman; grandchildren, Shelby, Gabrielle, Delaney, Mackenzie, Tyler, Kaylee, Jennifer, Toni, Kimberly, Danielle, Corey, John and Chelsy; along with many step grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his son, John, and his brothers Karl & Don Bauer.
