Terry Lee Orr, beloved father and grandfather, passed away Tuesday, January 5th, 2021 at the age of 75. Terry was a longtime resident of Galeville, NY.
Terry was born in Rapid City, SD on July 24th 1945 to Audrey and Francis Orr. He graduated from Jordan Elbridge High School in 1963. After high school he joined the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War earning the rank of Sergeant. Upon return, Terry met his wife, Carmella, on a blind date during the summer of 1969 and they were married just a few months later. He worked for many years at Sawyer Industries as a machinist and retired from Duke’s Root Control in 2011. He loved his pets, Punky and Dickie, almost as much as he loved his flannels and PBR’s. Terry will be greatly missed by all.
Terry was predeceased by his wife, Carmella in 2008.
He is survived by his children, Tina (Chris) Ringo of West Henrietta, Terry (Tammi) Orr Jr of Camillus; brothers, Michael Orr of Cato; Francis (Marilyn) Orr of Grandby; sister, Barbara Orr of Syracuse; sister in law and brother in law, Louise and Carmen Cirino; five grandchildren, Drew; Katey; Zoe; Jenna; Chelsea and many nieces and nephews.
There will be no services held at this time.
