1926 - 2021

Carmen J. Gaglio, age 94 of Syracuse, NY passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021. He was predeceased by his wife, Patricia Gaglio; twin brother, Danny Gaglio; and sister, Antoinette Gaglio Vojak.

He is survived by his loving children, Amanda (Edward Howard) Gaglio, Alice Gaglio and Frances (Daniel Morrison) Gaglio; grandchildren, Ethan, and Melinda; great-grandchild, Isaac; brother, Steve Gaglio; several nieces, nephews and friends.

Carmen was a hard worker and retired from Carrier Corp after 20 years of service. He loved taking long walks and met many friends along the way. He was known for his sense of humor and laughter. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Carmen was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend who will be missed by all who loved him. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of CNY in Carmen’s name.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2021 from 5pm to 7pm with a private service to follow. A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 22, 2021 at 10 am at Assumption Cemetery.
