Gloria was born in Oswego, New York on June 21, 1930 to the late Peter and Marie Rodriques.
In her free time, she loved to travel with her husband and ballroom dancing. An avid lover of animals, she also enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her Husband of 66 years, Gerald E. Decoeur; Daughter, Greta (Steven) Riegelman; Grandsons, Josiah and Christian Riegelman; As well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday from 12 to 2 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse. A private service will follow.
