Gloria Fadden, our rock, loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend passed away on February 14th at age 90.
Gloria was born in New York City and grew up on the Akwesasne Mohawk Reservation in Hogansburg, NY. Gloria married her husband, Carroll Fadden and together they went on to raise their family. She worked in retail and retired from Dey Bros. in Syracuse, NY. After retirement they moved to their favorite place, the Adirondacks where they enjoyed many more years together.
Gloria was predeceased by her loving husband, Carroll Fadden; her parents, Frank and Cecelia Sam and her two brothers, Louie and Dennis Sam.
She is survived by her children, Stephen, Denise (Tom), Debra and Raymond (Kim); seven grandchildren; brother, Francis Sam; cousin, Bessie Newvine and several nieces and nephews.
