Donna M. Walti, 66, of North Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday at St. Joseph's Hospital. Donna was born in Syracuse on March 20, 1954 daughter of the late Lyle and Myrtle Lathrop. She was an avid member of the Christian Church of North Syracuse. Donna enjoyed baking cookies at Christmas, quilting and spending time with family and friends. In her early years, she loved camping with her husband and her son up at Long Point.

She is survived by her son, Brett (Jennifer) Walti, granddaughter, Paige Lynn, great granddaughter, Melody Joyce, sister, Beverly Rodgers, brother, Lyle (Joan) Lathrop, close family friends, Amanda Northrup, & Charles Northrup, her best friend, Kathy Bertrand & her daughter Jenny Castaldo, along with many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Daniel E. Walti and her brother, Mel Lathrop.

Visitation will be held on Saturday March 13th from 12-2pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 North Main, North Syracuse, with services at 2pm.

Gathering size within our chapels will be based on the most current NYS occupancy requirements. Masks are required and social distancing is to be observed inside and outside of our chapels.
