Born on June 20, 1927 in Oswego, NY to the late Harry and Augusta Hill (Lass).
She ran her own restaurant in Redfield, NY, worked at Birchwood Nursing Home for many years, and retired from BJ’s after many years of service. Charlotte enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved campfires, her fur babies and Busch beer.
She is survived by her children, George B. (Sandy) Lowery, Elizabeth Lowery Newvine and Dennis Lowery; granddaughter, Caitlin (Pete) Gross-Rhode; great-grandchild, Ava Grace Gross-Rhode and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, George B. Lowery Sr., grandson, Benjamin E. Newvine and 7 siblings.
Calling hours will take place at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse on Sunday, April 25th from 4-6pm. Funeral Service will follow at 6pm. Burial will take place at North Syracuse Cemetery on Monday, April 26th at 11am.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
