Paul was born in Endicott, New York on December 30, 1926 to Edward and Cora Protzman.
He was a proud Veteran serving in the Army Air Corps from 1945-1948. Paul retired from Empire Optical after many years as a Maintenance Engineer. In his free time he enjoyed dancing, reading, watching old westerns and polkas.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Barbara Bowker; two Daughters, Carrie (Raul) Santana, Jackilynne Foose; a son, Frederick Foose; grandchildren, Christopher, Gunner and Scotia Foose; a sister, Barbara Kinney and nephews, Steven and Edward Kinney.
Services will be private.
