Christopher J. Durney, 73, of Eastwood, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 28th. He enjoyed treasure hunting and metal detecting in his spare time. Christopher was a recognizable friend of many in the Eastwood community.
Christopher was predeceased by his parents, Phyllis and Christopher D. Durney; sister, Nancy Durney; daughter, Alisa Durney and nephew, Neil Simon.
He is survived by two children, Christopher P. (Amy) Durney and Rebecca Durney; grandchildren, Alex, Lucie and Ella; siblings, Patricia Durney, Judy (Michael) Paduana, Michael (Noreen) Durney, Bonnie (Floyd) Richerson, Barbara (Frank) Rhodes and James Durney and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart and Lung Association.
