He loved hunting, fishing, telling stories, playing cards and everything outdoors. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon; children, Christina Stewart (Saccone) and Michael L. Saccone III; step-children, Jennifer (Bob) Klasen and David Judware; grandchildren, Justin Stewart, Brittany (Matthew) Stewart-Wilson, Tyler Stewart, Makayla Stewart and Gianna George, Noah Klasen, Eriqua Klasen and Connor Klasen; great-grandsons, Julius, Brantley, Carter and Colton; siblings, Jeanette, Dominick (Arthur) Tobia, John (Kellie) Saccone and Christina (Saccone) Merkel (Jay Rowe) and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Predeceased by his sisters, Louisanne, Myra and Michelle; brothers, Francis, Bert, Matthew, Steven and Vito.
Calling hours will take place at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Thursday, May 6th from 5-8pm. Funeral Service will follow at 8pm. Interment will be private.
