Allen is survived by his wife Della; sons, Michael (Jennifer) Myers & Steven Myers;
stepsons, Richard (Susan) Male & Danny Feagin; many grandchildren; sister, Ellen (Kenny) French, brother Fred Myers; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
