Brandy L. Stevens, 34, formerly of Oswego, passed away on Wednesday. Brandy was born in Oswego on May 17, 1987 daughter of Brian Stevens and Penny Smart. Brandy will be remembered for her spontaneous sense of humor. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her mother, Penny (Charles) Smart, father, Brian Stevens, sisters, Amy Stevens, Kimberly Stevens, brothers, Shayne Figured, Zachery Figured, along with nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday July 24th from 1-4pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Fulton Elks Club at 5pm.
