Passed away peacefully at home with family on July 17th, 2021 at age 86 years old.
She is predeceased by her husband Paul E. Protzman.

Barbara is survived by her son, Frederick Foose, daughters, Carrie (Raul) Santana and Jackilynne Foose; grandchildren, Christopher Foose, Gunner Foose and Scotia Foose; brother James Drumm; sister Wynona Harvey and several other family members.

Barbara was born on June 30th, 1935 in Endicott, N.Y.

She had a strong will and was a devout Catholic, both of which served her well throughout her life. Her kind and loving spirit was felt by all who were blessed to know her.

Barbara was a loving mother and grandmother, always putting family first.

A private family service will be held in Vestal NY.
