Phyllis Rask, 77, of Auburn, passed away on Thursday. Phyllis was born in Waterloo on July 31, 1943 daughter of the late Elwood and Anna Bingman. She was a registered nurse for several years and was very dedicated to her family. Phyllis was predeceased by her sisters, Judith Weaver, Joyce Lasner, Suzanne Fratangelo.

She is survived by her son, Michael (Amy) Rask, grandchild, Michael Rask Jr., sister, Carole Schweitz, along with several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday August 6th from 9-11am at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with services at 11am. Burial will take place at Maple Grove Cemetery in Waterloo.
