Julia was born in Syracuse, New York on March 13, 1923 to the late Joseph and Anna Wysockey.
Julia retired from GE after many years. She was a member of the American Legion Post 1650 Auxiliary. In her free time, she enjoyed her trips to casinos all over the country.
She was predeceased by her first Husband, Clark Hutchins and second Husband, Paul Ruffalo; As well as several siblings.
She is survived by her Nieces and Nephews.
A viewing will be take place on Tuesday September 14th from 9-10AM at Most Holy Rosary with a funeral mass to follow at 10 AM. Burial will take place in Onondaga Valley Cemetery.
