Marilyn L. (Topping) Bowman, 70, of Wolcott, NY, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at the Francis House in Syracuse, NY. She enjoyed sitting outside drinking coffee, gardening, watching the birds, baking cookies and connecting with friends via Facebook. Marilyn especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her father, James C. Topping; cousins, Dennis Topping and Carlton “Corky” Topping; two nieces, Sonia Young and Amy Topping and her brother-in-law, Ronald Williams.
Marilyn is survived by her husband of 52 years, Allen W. Bowman; three daughters, Shelley Bowman, Ronjil (Matt) McGraw and Danielle (Matt) Loveless; grandchildren, AJ, Conner, Kierstyn, Kinsley and Braelyn; mother, Virginia Topping; siblings, James H. Topping, Jill Williams, Rich Topping and Kathy Topping; many nieces and nephews and her beloved grandpuppies.
Due to Marilyn’s wishes, no services will be held at this time. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Francis House, 108 Michaels Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13208.
