Velma retired from Faith Lutheran Church, where she worked as a secretary. In her free time, she enjoyed crocheting, crafts, sewing, and scrapbooking.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Hall and mother, Gertrude Hall.
She is survived by her three children William L. Carlson, Eric J. Carlson and Darlene M. Jones; Sister, Susan (Morgan Williams) Hall; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call on December 1, 2021, from 4-7PM at Faith Lutheran Church 6142 NY-31, Cicero, NY 13039. Graveside services will be held the following day at the family plot in Southville Cemetery, Winthrop, NY.
