Robert J. Cook, 84, of Syracuse, passed away January 16, 2022.

Robert “Sonny” was born in Watertown, New York on April 18, 1937 to the late Robert and Helen Cook.

A resident of Syracuse for 70 years, Sonny was a U.S. Marine Veteran, who retired from Crucible Steel after 30+ years. In his free time, he enjoyed reading, watching sports, doing crossword puzzles and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by Wife, Beatrice Cook:

He is survived by his Sons, Robert (Kim) Cook, II, Darryl Cook; Daughter, Alicia Bennett; Grandchildren, Michelle Felton, Marticia Bennett, Robert Cook, III, A’Lajoie Cook; 2 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of cousins.
