Patricia Demperio, 82, of Warners, NY, passed on January 22, 2022, at Crouse Hospital of Syracuse, NY.

She was born November 15, 1939, in Syracuse, NY.

She was an exceptional business woman who paved her own pathway to success. She held the credential of S.E.F (Self Employed Female) and was the first female to break barriers in the Albany office and obtain her NYS Certification as a real estate Appraiser. She owned and operated four different businesses in her time. A Real Estate Company, Appraisal Company, a Union Construction Company, and a Tavern.

She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Benjamin Demperio and her two daughters, Diana Frajda of Ogdensburg, Nancy Kingsbury of Central Square, and her son Benjamin II Demperio of Warners, several grandchildren, one great grandchild, her two sisters Susan Stoneburg of Cato, and Sheila Mack of Cato, and brother Dicky Pavlas of Cape Cod and several nieces and nephews.

She will have private funeral services and be buried at Greenlawn Cemetery on Warners Road.
