Yoshie Mallery Life story video
Yoshie Mallery, 83, of North Syracuse, passed away peacefully surrounded by her children on Friday, June 17th, at Upstate University Hospital. Yoshie was born in Tokyo, Japan on February 9, 1939. Yoshie was an avid Bingo player and enjoyed her trips to the casino. She overcame many difficult obstacles and left Japan to start a life in the United States where she met the love of her life, Ernest Joseph Mallery. They were married 42 years before he passed away in 2008.

She is survived by one son Raymond Gibson and two daughters, Rose Vono and Tami Mallery Lebron; grandchildren, Kyle, Joshua and Collin Gibson, Nicholas and Adam Vono, and Alessandra (Sean) Healy and Dante Lebron.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 25th, from 10-11:30am at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with services to follow at 11:30 am.
