Deborah was born in Effingham, Illinois on May 12, 1954 to the late Norman and Ursala Barker. She graduated from Liverpool High School and served 22 years in the Air Force.
She was a loving mother and wonderful wife. She is survived by her husband Michael Chapman; sons, Sean, Corey, and Tim Walsh; step-children, Michael Chapman, Lindsay Cogan, Julia Chapman; and siblings, Judy Held, Mark Barker, and Steven Barker.
Calling hours will take place August 13th from 4-6PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, North Syracuse, NY, 13212.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Francis House 108 Michaels Ave. Syracuse, NY 13208.
