Patricia Ann Dobbs-Blanchard, 77, of North Syracuse , passed away August 11, 2022. Patricia was born in Syracuse, New York on January 12, 1945 to John and Emma Dobbs. She was a graduate of Liverpool High School. Patricia was her sons biggest fan, always attending their sports games as children. She was a kind and loving person always putting others before herself.

She was preceded in death by her parents John R. and Emma Dobbs, and brother, John R. Dobbs.

She is survived by her two sons, Gerald (Debbie) Blanchard, Frederick J. Blanchard III; four grandchildren, Angelica Hadden, Eliza Hadden, Anthony Blanchard, and Asa Blanchard; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday August 17, 2022 from 6-8PM at New Comer Cremations and Funerals. A Funeral Service will be held the following morning at 9:00. Entombment will be made in Woodlawn Cemetery and Mausoleum. Memorial contributions may be made in Patricia's memory to CNY SPCA, 5878 E Molloy Rd, Syracuse, NY 13211.
