Charles was born in Fulton, New York on September 22, 1953 to the late Merlin and Isabella Kastler.
Chuck was an avid fisherman and hunter. A SU sports fan, he also loved watching NASCAR, bowling and hockey.
He is predeceased by his Parents and his Sister, Isabel Labeaf-Clarke.
He is survived by his Daughter, Kristi (Michael) Mooney; Son, Charles Kastler; Seven Grandchildren, Haley, Logan, Adley, Charley, Melody, Alysa and Michael; Sister, Patricia (Don) Bender; Brothers, Lee (Russ) Kastler and Frank Labeaf.
Visitation will take place on Sunday, September 18th from 11 AM – 1 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals.
