Anthony ("Tony") Francis Caffrey, Jr., of Syracuse, NY, born July 22, 1948, passed away on November 21, 2022, after a long illness.
Tony was a lifelong resident of Syracuse and someone who bled the Syracuse Orange through the end. His other hobbies including fishing, golfing, gardening, his pond/fish, and his birds.
He was predeceased by his sister, Mary ("Mimi") Wickliffe.
He is survived by three sons: Anthony III (Ana); Andrew (Erin); and Matthew, as well as six grandchildren. The family wants to give special thanks to Mary Maybee, a trusted friend and advocate during his time at hospice.
In respect of his wishes, there will not be a funeral service.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent to a charity of your choice in Tony’s name.
