Linda and Chris were the first people I met when I moved into the house across the street from them, 47 years ago. Chris was 4 years old. Over the years I’ve grown to love him dearly. I would see him almost everyday. Sometimes he came over to help me if he saw me struggling with something or just stop over to say hello. He was one of the sweetest, kindest, most gentle and lovable people I’ve ever met and I feel blessed just to have known him. He will be greatly missed. I’m sure he has made an impact on many lives. He will not be forgotten. Linda, I am so very sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Please let me know if you need anything…

I will never forget this”kid”
Growing up Chris was my other brother- he lived across the street and was the MOST loving and kindest human being on the planet. You NEVER walked away without a smile after talking to Chris. Everyone in the neighborhood loved him and I would look forward to seeing him when I came to visit my mom. I love Chris as a brother and I sure will miss him. Linda and Scott and family, my heart is broken, I am so sorry for your loss. Our family is here whatever you guys may need. Heaven definitely gained one of its greatest angels. See you on the other side big brother.

I am so sorry to have heard of the loss of Christopher. We grew up a few house away from each other in Darby farms we shared the same exact birthday. He was always so cheerful king and happy whenever I saw him even after not seeing him for almost 20 years I ran into him at Sean Kozma’s house this past summer and without hesitation he came up and gave me a hug and said “omg Allen how have you been” my sincere condolences to his mother and the rest of his family he will be missed dearly ??

I worked with Chris at the Home Inc day habilitation program, and I must say he was a joy to have worked with. His smile yes was both contiguous and infectious as it could brighten up anyone’s day. No matter what may have been going on with Chris he always seemed to come in the program with that infectious smile saying good morning Hazel, as he waited for his response and yes I responded just as he wanted “ good morning Mr. C. He loved to chat about how he helped his mom in whatever capacity he did over the weekends and he seemed very proud of the help that he gave his mom?? As we all knew we were in a crisis with Covid and when Chris decided to come back to the day program he had to wear his mask ?? he didn’t like it at first but I conversed with him daily about staying safe along with keeping a chat of each day he wore his mask and how long he kept it on he then began to grasp the importance of wearing his mask ?? and he did so up until the day our great Jehovah called him home. Way to go Chris.?? I will miss my guy and our personal relationship we had but I shall never forget Chris aka Mr. C.
Rest In Peace my amazing friend ?? Linda my heart and prayers go out to you and your family.

I have known Chris for the past 3 years. During this time, I have seen him grow tremendously - from a quiet, nervous man; to an outgoing, friendly and kind person. The minute anyone would walk in the door of his Day Hab, he would immediately greet us with a smile and warm greeting. During Covid, he had to adjust to things that were very difficult for him - like wearing a mask. The changes he made were nothing short of amazing!
We loved you and will miss you tremendously, Chris
