Ann P. Woodroe, 78, of Liverpool, NY passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2023. She was born in Samaritan Hospital in Troy, NY to the late Caroline and Andrew Perkins.

Ann is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Marc; sisters, Pat Shuhart and Carol Wagar; sisters-in-law, Lauren (Jim) Christian and Deb (Doug) Varcoe; brother-in-law, Joe Schiff and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her sister, Lorraine Schiff.

Ann graduated as Valedictorian from Berlin High School in 1962 and Cum Laude from Syracuse University in 1966. She worked for the State of New York Department of Labor from 1970 to 2003. After retiring, she spent the last years of her life as an award winning quilter, making many quilts for relatives and donating to many organizations. Ann was an animal lover, donating to many rescue organizations.

She was a calm, loving and special person with no enemies.

In keeping with Ann’s wishes, she will be cremated and no service will be held.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to any local animal rescue.
