Alexander Wig Sr.
October 19, 1926 — July 11, 2016
Al Wig Sr., 89 of North Syracuse, passed peacefully on Monday.
He was a Navy veteran serving during WWII. He was predeceased by a daughter, Phyllis Dullen.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Ethel Wig; four children, Sharon Morris, Barbara (Robert) McCarthy, Linda Wig and Alexander Wig Jr.; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4-7PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
Services will be Thursday, 9AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the North Syracuse Cemetery.
