Alexandra "Sandy" Hodges

Alexandra “Sandy” Hodges, 87 of Kirkville, NY, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, April 6, 2026. She was born in Syracuse, NY on February 20, 1939 to the late Alexander and Agatha “Harriet” Jacobs.

 She was a graduate of Minoa High School. Sandy retired after many years at St. Joseph’s Hospital cafeteria. Sandy enjoyed crafting, scrap booking and especially spending time with her 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

 Sandy was a very loving mother to Pamela (Chuck) Rowe, Sandra “Cissy” Hodges, Robin (Dave) Kinsella and Charlie Hodges; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; siblings, Phillip (Maryann) Jacobs, Gloria Jacobs and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

 Also surviving are her loving dogs, Pepper Jack and Blue.

 She is predeceased by her brothers, Louie, Billy and Mike Jacobs; sisters, Shirley Jacobs and Pat Jock. Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Monday, April 13, 2026 from 4-7pm. Funeral Services will follow at 7pm.
