Amanda Huntley

Amanda Huntley, passed away on May 27, 2025, at the age of 55. Born on February 23, 1970, in Watertown, NY.

Amanda touched the lives of many during her time with us. Amanda worked at Tessy Plastics in Baldwinsville, where she worked as a forklift driver. Her colleagues will remember her as a friend whose vibrant personality brought joy to those around her.

Outside of work, Amanda was known for her adventurous spirit. She enjoyed going on vacations with her friends, particularly in the Outer Banks and Old Forge. She enjoyed visiting the casino, where she loved playing cards and bingo.

Amanda was the epitome of loyalty and kindness. Renowned for her generous heart, she was always there for her friends, whether it was watching their dogs or stepping in as the designated driver when needed. Her friends cherished her unwavering support and kind nature, and she will be remembered as one of the truest friends anyone could ask for.

Amanda is survived by her brother, Raymond (Jennifer) Huntley, and her two nieces, Tessy and Shelby Huntley. She also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as many loving friends.

Amanda was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Huntley, and her mother, Karen Marie Huntley.

Amanda will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege to know her. In lieu of flowers, please donate to any animal charity in Amanda’s memory.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 4 - 7 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main Street N. Syracuse, 13212, with a service to follow at 7 PM.
