Amy L. Winsor

Amy L. Winsor, 38, of Syracuse, passed away September 30, 2025. Amy was born in Syracuse, New York on September 10, 1987 to Richard and Jennifer Winsor.

Amy graduated from Nottingham Highschool in 2007, then went on to attend several programs at OCC. She worked at Marshalls for last 10 years, making many friends along the way. In her free time, she enjoyed music, shopping, traveling, reading, and puzzles. Amy was loved by everyone she met, and she loved them. She never let her disabilities get in her way of learning new things. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by grandparents, Orville and Edith Knudson of ND, and Richard Sr. and Jean Winsor of Syracuse; uncle, Tim Winsor of Skaneateles, Jim Kahl of Erwin, PA, Tony Barber of Lompoc, CA; and cousin, Faith Thompson of ND.

She is survived by her parents, Richard and Jennifer Winsor; Brother, David (Ashley) Winsor; nephews, Kaden Maloy and Bjorn Winsor; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

Family and friends may call on Monday, October 6, 2025 from 3:00 pm-6:00 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals - North Syracuse, 705 N. Main St, Syracuse, where funeral services will be held Monday at 6:00 pm.

Memorial contributions may be made to Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital and/or Helping Hounds Dog Rescue.
