Anthony J. "Tony" Gianni

Anthony J ."Tony" Gianni, 80, of Liverpool, passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family. Tony was a life resident of Syracuse. He was owner and operator of A.J. Gianni Construction for over 50 years. 

Tony was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. His biggest joy was spending time with his family. Tony also enjoyed spending time with his friends over a game of cards and sharing life stories.

Tony was predeceased by his parents, Salvatore and Margaret Gianni; and daughter, Nicole Forsythe.

Survived by his loving wife, Marjorie (Pierce) Gianni;  sons, Anthony Jr., Salvatore (Leah), Joseph; and daughter, Jacquelyn. His grandchildren, Amanda, Vincent, Angelina, Alexandra, Olivia and Josiah, and 10 great grandchildren; brother-in-law, sister in-law and nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025 from 4pm-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. 

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025 at Third Day Worship Center 6987 Jones Road, Syracuse at 10 am.
