Arthur "Archie" Gacek Jr.

Arthur "Archie" Gacek Jr., 54 Years, of Syracuse, passed away on June 12th, 2026. 

Archie was born on October 4, 1971 to Arthur and Barbara (Stonecipher) Gacek at St Joseph's Hospital. He spent his life here in the Syracuse area where he grew up, and then later raised his own loving family.

Archie worked as a Welder for Morse Manufacturing for over 30 years. Outside of work, he loved being in the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and most of all, spending time with family and friends. He loved to just spend time at home together with those he loved. He was truly a good friend who was willing to do anything for anybody no matter the time.

Archie is survived by loving Parents, Arthur and Barbara Gacek, Daughter, Tyler Elsner (Adam), Son, Brandon Gacek (Meagan), Brother, Mark Gacek (Cassey), Niece, Kylee Gacek, and Nephew, Caleb Gacek.

Visitation will be held Wednesday June 24th 5-8pm, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, North Syracuse, New York.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
