He is survived by Daughters, Anne Turner, Linda Bouvia, Lois Turner/McClellan and Lisa Everson; Sister, Marion Cook and Friend, Jeannie Gorman.
He is predeceased by his ex-wife, Anne Madison; Daughter, Elsie Ross; Brothers, Allen Turner and James Turner; Sisters, Rita and Joan.
A calling hour will take place Tuesday 11-12 PM. Burial to follow.
