Brenda Ferris

Brenda Ferris, 64, of Central Square, passed away May 28, 2026. Brenda was born in Syracuse, New York on August 15, 1961 to Andy Datellas and the late Margaret "Peggy" Stonecipher.

In her free time she loved spending time at the marina with her family and friends.

She is survived by her children, Christopher LaMontagne (Corinna) and Haley Hinton; father, Andy Datellas (Lora); her sisters, Cheryl Deaver (Kevin) and Andrea Mollica (Steven); brothers, Todd Deaver (Kristin) and Howard Dattellas (Theresa); loving grandchildren, Christopher LaMontagne, Nicholas LaMontagne, Jakob LaMontagne, Kierstyn, Gavin, Zearra, and Rocco; three great-grandchildren, Emmitt, Zane, and Adrian; as well as several nieces and nephews, many friends and extended family members, and her caregivers, Nancy and Dave Cumber.

A calling hour will take place Friday, 4-5pm, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse, NY 13212.
