He was predeceased by his wife Vanessa; mother, Linda; and a brother, Eric.
He is survived by his children, Deanna, Scott, and Tori; one grandson and best friend Julian; siblings, Paul, Paula, Susan, Josh, Teresa; niece, Amy; and a special step father, Fred.
Services and burial will be private. Donations can be made to Hospice of CNY.
