Brian H. Auringer

Brian H. Auringer, 58, of Bridgeport, NY passed away August 25, 2026. Brian was born in Syracuse, New York on February 26, 1968 to Howard Auringer and Diane Rienhardt. Brian was raised and attended school in the Valley area of Syracuse. He later moved to Bridgeport, NY.  Brian had been employed by Carrier Corporation where he was an assembler. He was later employed at United Radio. In his free time, he enjoyed BBQ's, bonfires with family, rock music and motorcycle riding. 

Written by his son a.k.a. "His little wolf" My father was a good hearted man that always showed up for friends and family. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing or just hiking and being outdoors. He always enjoyed howling at the moon with his son and dogs!

Brian is survived by his son, Joshua B. (Samantha Miner) Auringer and his parents, Howard Auringer and Diane Rienhardt.

Family and friends may call on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 from 11-1 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals. 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.  A service will follow at 1PM. Interment will be in Valley Cemetery, Syracuse.

Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or the CNY SPCA.
