Brian J. Flanagan, 51, of Syracuse, NY passed away on November 20, 2023 after a long battle with health issues. Brian was born in Ohio to the late Louise and Kenneth Flanagan. He was formerly a Police Officer in Ohio. Brian was always dressed to the "T" and had an impressive sneaker collection.
He was a dedicated friend to those he knew.
Brian is survived by his former wife of Ohio; several nieces and nephews; close friend, Bryan Dupra and many other friends.
