Brian K. Fox

Brian Keith Fox, 65, of Cleveland, passed away October 1, 2026. Brian was born in Rome, New York on
February 16, 1961, to the late Kenneth and Bonnie Fox. Brian graduated from Camden High School in1979, where he was a valued member of the wrestling team. He retired from Hawkins & Hurlbut in Rome, NY, in February 2026. Brian was a proud U.S. Marine, having served from 1979–1983 and toured in Beirut. 

He was an avid hunter and enjoyed motorcycles, including building, customizing, and riding them. Brian was a member of the LZ Old Corps #999 and was affectionately nicknamed “The Doctor” because of his ability to fix any car. He loved his dogs and especially enjoyed being at home in his garage, smoking meats for his family.

Brian is survived by his wife, Sue Fox; his children, Shannon Gotsch (Krystina Gotsch), Bonnie Pitoniak(Justin Bartholomew), and Ken Fox (Ashley Fox); his grandchildren, Addison Pitoniak, Parker Pitoniak,Brian Fox, Evelyn Fox, Nathaniel Fox, Lennox Gotsch, and Quinn Gotsch; his uncle and aunt, Ben and Debbie Armstrong; and his beloved dogs, Gunner and Sammy. He was predeceased by his beloved dog,Champ. A celebration of Brian’s life will take place at a later date.
