Candace Russell, 37, of Rome, passed away December 29, 2022 after battling a severe autoimmune disease for 17 years .
Candace was born in Syracuse, New York on February 22, 1985. Candace is survived by her mother Lillian Russell (Richard Hesson); father, Frederick (Tammy) Russell Sr.; brother, Frederick Russell, Jr.; and several extended family members.
There will be no services.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the ASPCA.
