Carlos Balaguer, 55, of Syracuse passed away Wednesday. Born in Bronx, NY, Carlos was a veteran of the US Marine Corps. He was employed with Syracuse University and was Chief Steward of SEIU Local 200
He was predeceased by his mother, Ana Mejias
Carlos is survived by his son, Carlos; two sisters, Janet and Lorraine Millan; his grandson, Carlos Jr.
Services will be Tuesday 7 p.m. at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
