Carmen J. Placito

Carmen J. Placito, 72, of Liverpool, passed away on April 25, 2026. Carmen was born in Syracuse, New York on August 21, 1953. Carmen retired from the New York State Insurance Fund.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Matthew and Margaret Placito and two brothers, Matthew and Frank Placito.

Carmen is survived by his wife, Rachael Placito and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held privately.

Memorial contributions may be made in Carmen's memory to Francis House.
