Daniel M. Hopkins Jr, 72, of West Monroe, passed away Sunday after a brief illness. He was born in Syracuse. Daniel was predeceased by his son, Robert in 2005.
He is survived by his sons, Daniel Hopkins and Louis Hopkins; grandsons, Justin Hopkins and Louis Hopkins; sister, Arlouine Murray; daughter inlaw, Kristen Hopkins.
Services will be Sunday 5 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 North Main Street North Syracuse. Calling hours will be Sunday from 2-5 PM at the funeral home, before services.
