David A Anthony

David Andrew Anthony, 64, of Baldwinsville, passed away October 9, 2025. David was born in Edinburgh, Scotland on December 25, 1960 to David and Margaret Anthony. 

David retired from the Onondaga County Sheriffs Department where he had served as a Deputy Sheriff. David was an avid Minnesota Vikings fan, liked antique cars and all types of car shows. 

David's life was a true testament to courage and strength.  His smile and laughter will forever live in our hearts.  He will be missed deeply.  "Our true Viking".

He is survived by his parents, David and Margaret Anthony of Central Square; brother, Martin W. (Esther) Anthony of Baldwinsville; sister, Sherry (Patrick) Morris of North Syracuse; brothers, Jason A. Anthony of Albany and Royal J Anthony of Baldwinsville; two nieces, Rachel (Joshua) Demoski of Dewitt, Alycia (Tyler) Sirota of Florida.

Funeral services will be private.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
