David Michael Haynes

David Haynes, 64, of North Syracuse, passed away on September 22, 2026.

He was born on April 27, 1962 to Robert and Lucille (Tucker) Haynes.

David worked as a baker for forty one years before he retired, and was married to his beloved wife Denise for forty-three years.

He was an avid Red Sox fan, and he greatly enjoyed fishing. His favorite fishing spot was Black Lake near Alexandria Bay, but he would fish anywhere before the bridge to Canada.

David is survived by his loving wife, Denise, sons, David Haynes Jr. and Christopher R Haynes, daughter, Heather Wilcox, sisters, Debi Casteel and Doris Haynes, Brother, Bertram Haynes, as well as many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his son James, seven years ago, as well as his parents Robert and Lucille.
