Dean M. Williamson, 67, of Mattydale, passed away July 17, 2025. Dean was born in Niagara Falls, New York on July 13, 1958 to Gerald and Barbara Williamson. Dean retired from Advantage Sales and Marketing, Syracuse, NY where he had employed as a Sales Representative. In his free time, he was an avid golfer, liked playing cards, especially pitch and drinking Coors Light. He was an avid Notre Dame Football and Syracuse University Basketball fan. He was a member of The Sons of the American Legion Post 787 in Cicero and was the leading candidate for Detachment Commander for the Sons of the American Legion for New York State.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Williamson.

He is survived by his mother, Barbara Williamson of Georgia; his son Patrick (Krystal) Williamson of Niagara Falls; daughter, Lisa (Michael) Sylvia of Mattydale; a brother Mark (Angela) Williamson of Kentucky; sister Cathy Lee of Massachusetts; brother Todd (Cindy) Williamson of Alabama and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call on Thursday, July 24, 2025 from 2:00 pm-4:00 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St, N. Syracuse.
