Deborah L. Barnard

Deborah L. Barnard, 69, of Syracuse, passed away June 23, 2026. Deborah was born in Syracuse, New York on December 7, 1956 to James and Rhonda Wentling. Deborah retired as a medical records clerk. She also had been employed as a security guard while in Florida for many years. In her free time, she was an avid reader, enjoyed spending time with family and friends and playing bingo.

Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, James and Rhonda Wentling and brother John Wentling.

She is survived by her daughter Samantha of Pennsylvania, 2 grandchildren Wesley and Anna of Pennsylvania; sister, Theresa (Mike) R. Clifford of Lafayette; brother James (Lorraine) Wentling, of N. Syracuse; sister in law Theresa (Terri) Wentling, of N. Syracuse and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
