Deborah S. Cowan (Chapman), 57, of Syracuse, New York, passed away May 14, 2017.
She is preceded in death by her Father, Robert L. Chapman.
Surviving family includes, mother, Mickie Chapman; brothers, David (Kelly) Chapman, Don (Phyllis) Chapman, Ken (Robin) Chapman; aunt, Marie Sturge; spouse, Wayne Billington and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Sunday, June 4th from 12 to 3 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse. Funeral services will follow.
