Deborah L. Frank

Deborah Lee Frank, born in Boonville, NY on November 8, 1951, passed away on Saturday Novermber 29, 2025 at home, surrounded by loving family at 74, after a 26-year battle with breast cancer. Predeceased by her youngest child, Kevin Frank in 2014, Deb was looking forward to reuniting with him and other loved ones. Deb found immense happiness and created lasting memories for those she loved; quilting, gardening, painting with her sisters, lake time with her daughter and grandsons, spending time with family and friends, playing with her grand puppy, and cooking. Deb was a woman of unwavering faith whose strength, wisdom, and compassion inspired all who knew her. Her kindness and warmth left an indelible mark on the hearts of those fortunate enough to know her. A beautiful soul, Deb will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, Nana, sister, Aunt, and friend.

Survived by her loving and devoted husband, John of 58 years, her loving daughter Laurie Fegley (Mike), son Rodney Frank (Lori), cherished grandchildren (Robert and Jarrod Stanger, Samantha and Austin Frank), and three great grandchildren, her loving siblings, and several nieces and nephews.

Honoring Deborah’s wishes a private ceremony will be held for family and close friends. May her memory bring comfort to all who loved her.
