Dominic Fennell-Perkins

Dominic Fennell-Perkins was born on March 14, 1996, in Portsmouth, VA at Portsmouth General Hospital. He attended Portsmouth and Virginia Beach Public Schools, where he graduated with honors. He was a source of joy, laughter, and a light to everyone fortunate enough to know him. Dominic possessed a warm smile, a gentile spirit, and a heart that loved deeply and unconditionally.

He was cherished for his love of Spider-Man, his unwavering loyalty to the NFL Green Bay Packers, and his passion for WWE Wrestling, an enthusiasm he enjoyed sharing through attending many live matches-moments he held dear. Dominic also found happiness in playing video games and forming meaningful bonds with friends around the world, always making others feel seen, valued and connected.

His kindness and warmth left a lasting impression on everyone he touched. Dominic will forever be in our hearts not only as a beloved son and brother but also as a true hero in our lives.

He leaves behind a loving mother, Natasha Matthew (Perkins), a caring brother Xavier Perkins, and a supportive community of family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday January 19, 2026 from 12-1pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Services will follow at 1:00pm at the funeral home.
