Donald A. Fenner, 62, passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. He was born January 4, 1963 in Syracuse, New York.
He graduated from Cicero High School, class of 1982. On March 26, 1983, he married Rhonda (Tarbell) Fenner. They have been married 42 years, and brought two loving children into their lives.
Don was self-employed as a technician, DPAS Repair Services, for 26 years. Don enjoyed working with his customers and always had a smile and contagious laugh. His customers always said how much they enjoyed Don coming into their homes.
Don liked working with his hands, and always took extra care to make things right. He was creative and liked tinkering with broken items, putting them back together like new. Don had many hobbies; racing his #28 mod lite, his antique 1923 T bucket, camping with family and friends, and playing guitar. Don gamed online and, again, made many friends which turned into a 4-wheeler group. Those friendships have lasted many years.
Don collected a lot of memorabilia and had it stored throughout his office and garages. Don's favorite holiday was Christmas. His family was the most important in his life. Don adored his grandchildren.
He will lovingly be missed by his wife, Rhonda Fenner; son, Donald (Jessica) Fenner; daughter, Michelle (Christopher) Lohm; 5 grandchildren, Taysen, Logan, Parker, Blake and Mira; mother, Sandra Ridgeway; his brothers, Ernest Fenner and Brian (Valerie) Fenner; brothers-in-law, Bob Burnet and Corey (Valerie) Burnet; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Contributions may be made in memory of Don to the American Heart Association.
